David D'Antonio - Managing Director
Dave is Managing Director of Diversity Capital and the founder of the company. Dave is in charge of marketing and the overall corporate strategy of Diversity.

Prior to forming Diversity, Dave was a Director at First Union Capital Markets and a Senior Vice President at CoreStates Bank N.A. where he was responsible for the management and development of the Lease Finance Group. This group was the leading national lender to leasing companies with a variety of products including asset securitization, credit facilities, subordinated debt and other treasury management tools. Dave served on the ELA Board from 1998-2001 and has been involved in a number of finance industry groups at the most senior levels.
 
Dave graduated cum laude from LaSalle University in Philadelphia (BS-Finance) and Drexel University (MBA-Finance). 

Scott Gates - Director
Scott is a Director at Diversity Capital in charge of arranging and advising on financing products for Diversity's clients.

Prior to joining Diversity as a founder, Scott was a Vice President at First Union and CoreStates Bank for over nine years. While at the Bank, Scott handled client relationships as a lender, securitization manager and as a commercial officer. Scott has implemented and managed asset backed securities financing, commercial paper financing, limited recourse lines, treasury management products, warehouse lines, committed facilities and derivatives.

Scott holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Government and Law from Lafayette College.
